The Francis Wilson Playhouse continues to preserve the tradition of classic stage performance in Clearwater. This vintage entertainment venue balances its impressive heritage with a hint of modern flourishes while never betraying the artistic integrity of the playwrights, performers and directors who create what is eventually presented on stage. Take aim for a great time at one of Clearwater's most popular amusement centers, Celebration Station. There's something fun for the whole family to enjoy at this incredible attraction. Choose from taking a revved up ride in a go-kart, jolting your senses on a bumper boat, feeling the wind on your face on one of the many carnival rides or sharpening your shooting skills in the laser tag arena.

When November finally trots around, Clearwater running enthusiasts know that the Times Turkey Trot will soon be getting underway. This is the largest running event in the Tampa Bay, drawing nearly 16,000 participants. This road race is for competitive runners, recreational runners and walkers of all ages. When you pay your entry fee, you'll get a t-shirt. Trophies are awarded to the top finishers and all the proceeds go to help local charities. Additionally, non-perishable food items are collected the day of the race and are donated to a local food pantry.

Become a pirate for a day when you board the Clearwater Beach Day Trip with Pirate Cruise. This day cruise offers the dramatic combination of gorgeous beaches and boisterous buccaneers.
