Discover your favorite Georgia buildings made entirely out of LEGO® and try to guess how many bricks each building is made from. Spend a day with the kids (3-12 years) as you jump into a giant box of LEGO® bricks at LEGOLAND® Disocvery Center Atlanta.

You haven't really experienced Southern history until you've toured a genuine plantation home. Journey back through time as you walk through the Archibald Smith Plantation Home. This historic home was built in 1845 and has been preserved over 150 years through the test of time. Exhibits in the home include a feature on the Smith family and their role during the Civil War.

Join in the celebration of Caribbean culture at the Atlanta Caribbean Carnival. Bright costumes, music and parades are a large part of this festival, along with Caribbean food, arts and crafts, and other live entertainment. The festival is celebrated right before Lent, and is somewhat of a "last hurrah" before the observation of the Catholic tradition.
