The Sand Dollar Downtown is the second location of the iconic blues bar and remains true to its original vibes. With a larger area of 4,000 sq. ft., the new location can accommodate an estimated 300 guests and is situated adjacent to the casino floor of Plaza Hotel & Casino. The Neon Museum is a non-profit in Las Vegas dedicated to preserving and displaying iconic signs from famous locations, such as the Hacienda Horse & Rider sign, The Flame Restaurant sign, and many others. The Museum's mission is to collect, protect, research, and exhibit significant Las Vegas signs for educational and cultural enrichment. The Museum has an outdoor exhibit area called the Neon Boneyard and a visitor's center inside the former La Concha Motel lobby. The collection documents changes and trends in sign design and technology from the 1930s to the present.
