The entertainment venue holds the distinction of hosting the highest number of Tony Award-winning plays and musicals, with the current award count at 10. Since opening in 1924, the theater has showcased famous Broadway productions of Damn Yankees, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Nine, Chicago, Of Thee I Sing, Guys and Dolls, Footloose, Seussical, Tarzan and more.

The Morris-Jumel Mansion served as George Washington's headquarters in 1776 during the American Revolution, as the home's hilltop location offered strategic views of the Harlem River, the Bronx, Long Island, the Hudson River, and the New Jersey Palisades. Now, the mansion hosts a variety of exhibits that describe a variety of historic elements that range from war to fashion, politics, art and more.
