Learn about the natural world at the Wagner Free Institute of Science, established in 1855 by William Wagner. Wagner created this natural history museum as a way to offer free educational courses to the public. Today, the Institute continues to offer free science courses as well as public access to their library, lecture hall and museum.

Located in Fairmount Park, this enormous playground attraction covers over six and a half acres, not including the 24,000-square-foot mansion that serves as a playhouse for children 10 and under. Philly’s 700 Club is booming with an eclectic mix from the DJs, with the party spilling out through the two-story building. With an assortment of over 80 bottled beers, 12 beers on tap and a whole assortment of liquor, the bartenders can probably serve up more than just 700 different drinks at this nightlife destination.
