Nestled within the Lucky Lizard curio shop, the Museum of the Weird is one of the world's last authentic dime museums continuing in the tradition of P.T. Barnum. The historic home was built in 1856 and is the oldest continuously occupied executive residence west of the Mississippi. The building is designated a National Historic Landmark.
