The Texas Sealife Center dedicates its time and effort to creating a haven for native wildlife who live on the property and patients in need of care. Their mission is to rescue injured or stranded coastal and aquatic wildlife, providing supportive care and rehabilitation, successfully releasing wildlife back into their natural habitat, and educating and promoting public awareness in the conservation efforts to save wildlife.

Glimpse into the past at the Fulton Mansion, the home, once owned by the Fulton family in the late 1800s, has been restored to its original beauty. As you walk through the various rooms, you'll see how the family lived and marvel at one of the first homes in the area to have the modern conveniences they had, like indoor plumbing and central gas lighting. The gardens are also a must-see, with their stunning beauty and rich history. It's truly a fascinating experience to step back in time and explore this historic site.

Padre Boat Tours is the first sightseeing boat on Padre Island that comfortably accommodates up to 17 people in the 35' pontoon, where you can enjoy a day out on the water with your family or friends or the beautiful sunset 2-hour tour. South Texas Botanical Gardens & Nature Center showcases colorful and unusual plants, including cacti, hibiscus, roses, plumeria, and orchids. Explore the Arid Garden, Water Garden, Sensory Garden, Butterfly Garden, Hummingbird Garden, and the shaded Bird & Butterfly Trail. Take the opportunity to mingle with fluttering butterflies, who will often stop and rest on an available arm or shoulder. Be adventurous and hike the nature trail through 30 acres of native brush to see native plants, deer, javelina, and coyotes.
