With an impressive array of first class musicians, the Symphony continues to shine forth a passion and joy for music with each and every concert.  They have attracted world-class talents such as Frank Sinatra Jr., Art Garfunkel, and renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma to perform for the community. Many years of sold-out shows, holiday concerts, and subscription season performances have brought beauty and tranquility to audiences, and the ensemble continues to serve as a fixture in the cultural life of the community.

Saddle up and get ready for a whole lot of fun at the Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo held at the Extraco Events Center in Waco operated year-round along side more than 500 active volunteers, fulfilling their mission to produce events for education, entertainment and agricultural experiences at the premier multi-use facility while giving back through youth scholarships and a positive economic impact to Central Texas. Over the past 65 years, the Fair & Rodeo has offered Central Texas a place to come and support the community while enjoying the sights, sounds and smells that make the Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo what it is today. The Fair is held annually with close to 200,000 in attendance making it a must event for your Texan social calendar every year.  

Take the whole family for a relaxing lakeside getaway at Lake Waco Cove & Marina. Their beautiful RV park sits alongside the lake shore and is only minutes away from downtown and the famous Magnolia Silos. Be their guest either in your RV or in their cute mini-cabins. The folks there boast of breathtaking views and warm Southern hospitality.
