Learn about science, math and technology at the Pacific Science Center. This eight-building complex features several hands-on, permanent exhibits and attractions about ecology, environmental stewardship and nature awareness, as well as many traveling exhibitions. Don´t feel like leaving the city for a hike or bike? Check out the Burke Gilman Trail. Once an abandoned railroad line, this paved recreation path provides plenty of hiking, biking, jogging and running opportunities for those in the city. It currently extends about 90 miles in Seattle and further throughout King County in Washington.

Visit Seattle Children´s Theatre, one of the largest theaters of its kind in the United States. This theater is dedicated to showcasing entertainment that appeals to children of all ages. Since its development in 1975, SCT has produced over 90 new works for young audiences both in the US and abroad.
